Annie is The Lenfest Institute for Journalism’s Chief Advancement Officer. In this role, she leads fundraising, communications, and Board development.  Annie brings 30 years of fundraising experience to the Institute and was most recently the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Planning at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. She also served as Director of Development for The Philadelphia Orchestra and The Cleveland Orchestra and held development positions at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Annie graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Art History. She serves on the Board of Commonwealth Youthchoirs, and lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons.
