As The Lenfest Institute’s Manager of People & Culture, Jackie is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources including hiring and onboarding, performance management, compliance, training and development, and other HR strategy and operations.

In addition, she provides leadership and direction to promote a positive work environment founded on core values and ethics and in accordance with the Institute’s organizational objectives, principles, and best practices. She is dually certified by SHRM and HRCI and holds the SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHR certifications.

Prior to her joining the Institute, Jackie spent five years as the Business Manager at Empirical Media in New York City. She also spent several years in retail banking and is a certified educator in her home state of Connecticut.

Jackie holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State, an MBA from Hofstra University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University.
