Every Voice, Every Vote Project: PhillyCAM’s after school program will teach young people ages 16-24 the skills of media making through a political education lens. The program will give them the opportunity to explore how their peers engage in politics and learn to use media as a way of sharing information on pressing issues with friends and family.
