Rebecca Forman

Head of Development and Donor Relations

Rebecca Forman is the Head of Development and Donor Relations for The Lenfest Institute for Journalism. In this role, Rebecca leads key areas of the Institute’s development program. She is focused on building stronger donor communities in support of local journalism. She manages the Lenfest Council program and spearheads the growth of the Institute and The Philadelphia Inquirer’s community giving campaigns.

She previously served as Vice President of Resource Development at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Prior to United Way, Rebecca held various positions at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, including Director of Individual Giving. Rebecca serves on the Board of Advisors for Graduate! Philadelphia.

Rebecca loves all things Philadelphia — especially exploring the city, finding new restaurants, and watching local sports teams win. She lives in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania with her husband, two children, and a very large (and very sweet) pandemic pup named Quincy.
