Tiara Adriatico is the Program and Grants Administrator at the Lenfest Institute for Journalism where she plays a key role in executing programs and grants and in ensuring a quality experience for grantees. Her duties are central to the grant application and execution process, tracking processes and activities related to program management. Prior to this role, she worked as a Grants Manager in Addictions Research at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine where she followed various human subject clinical trials throughout the course of their grant cycles.

She graduated in 2016 from Rutgers University-Camden where she received a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Sociology and Women & Gender Studies and a focus in research. At Rutgers, she was involved in several clinical research studies and sociological research studies. In 2019, Tiara graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration
