Ellen Sinis Badger

Ellen Sinis Badger is a consultant at Bell Creek Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm that serves governments, nonprofits, foundations, and social-purpose private enterprises. She has a keen interest and involvement in local news and serves currently as Chairman of the Chestnut Hill Local. 

Her role involves advising nonprofits, foundations, and other mission-driven organizations on strategy and implementation.

Prior to Bell Creek Consulting, Ellen worked for 13 years at McKinsey & Company in Philadelphia as Associate Partner and later, as Learning and Leadership Development Director. She worked as Grants Program Manager at Share Our Strength, a national organization working to end childhood hunger and poverty in the United States, where she oversaw a $4 million grant distribution portfolio, including 200 nonprofit organizations.

Ellen received her MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. She has expertise in managing complex, multi-year change programs, and in developing the strategy, talent, skills, and culture to deliver on ambitious goals.  She is a trusted counselor to senior executives in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
