Kyra Miller is the Business and Programs Analyst at the Lenfest Institute for Journalism where she assists with executing various grant programs and operations. Prior to this role, she was a summer intern at the Institute.
She graduated in May 2019 from Temple University where she received a B.A. in Communication Studies with a track in Global Civil Society and a minor in Political Science. At Temple, she contributed to the Features section at The Temple News, and was a co-host of Temple’s first all-female talk show called We Need to Talk. She is also the co-founder of Purses Full of Hope, an organization founded in 2015 that facilitates donation drives of purses filled with women’s toiletries and beauty products to women’s shelter in the greater Philadelphia area and across the country, which she runs in the free time with her family.
