Cassie Haynes and Fiona Morgan

Cassie Haynes is a strategist, leader, and facilitator, along with president of Plot Twist Consulting, where she supports philanthropic institutions, collaboratives, and mission-driven organizations in building infrastructure, deploying capital, and designing systems that reflect their values. Her work focuses on aligning vision with implementation—whether that means standing up a new funding vehicle, mapping an ecosystem, or reworking internal operations for greater clarity and sustainability. Cassie is also the co-founder and former co-executive director of Resolve Philly, a nationally recognized nonprofit newsroom focused on collaborative, community-powered reporting.

Fiona Morgan is the founder of Branchhead Consulting, which works with philanthropic foundations, universities, news organizations and community groups on media ecosystem mapping, community listening, program design and facilitation, theory of change, and editorial services. Previously she worked as the Journalism Program Director at Free Press and as a Local News Consultant for Democracy Fund.
